Discovering Dada

Dadaism was an early 2oth Century Art Movement (1913- 1920's) where a deliberately provocative group of artists produced work with spontaneity and humor to directly challenge the traditional definitions of "Art" in an emerging modernist Paris. The movement began as performance Art but expanded quickly to include collage, poetry and sculpture.
