We ship Monday - Friday and not over the weekend. Orders placed after 7am CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
The pickup day is not counted as a day in transit- expedited shipments. Please allow one extra business day.
We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
We are not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes - a valid street address is required.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return request.To initiate a return please email us at customerservice@amelinarchive.com alternatively you can also call us on 1-866-518-7079.
All items should be returned in original condition, with packaging and tags attached.
If you received a damaged item, please contact us at customerservice@amelinarchive.com or call 1-866 -518 -7079.
A $5.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 7-14 business days for return processing once your return has been received. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed. Refunds will take an extra 3-5 business days to credit back to your requested form of payment.
You cannot return items that were free gifts, promotional items with retail value, or marked as final sale.
We are not responsible for any items not purchased from our website and returned to us by mistake.
